In order to carry out all the projects that Kiwanis is involved with throughout the year, each member is asked to join one or more committees.

Board of Directors	The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Kiwanis Club of Warren.
Community Service	This committee plans monthly service projects for the Warren communiuty.
Interclubs	This committee plans dates and activities for attending other Kiwanis Club meetings and activities throughout the year.
Member Retention	This committee develops an annual plan to retain current Kiwanis Club members.
Program	This committee recruits and schedules speakers for each meeting throughout the year.
Spiritual Aims	This committee plans monthly activities focused on spiritual outreach.
Sponsored Youth	This committee works with the Builders Club at St. Anne's school.
Young Children Priority One	This committee plans montly projects for infants ages 0-5
Youth Services	This committee plans monthly events for youth ages 5-18.
